,,Kibouteki Refrain" is 38th major single released by AKB48 (40th overall).  We have a lot new faces in AKB Senbatsu like : Muto Tomu, Miru Shiroma, Kawamoto Saya, Oshima Ryoka, Mukaichi Mion, Moriyasu Madoka and even Nakano Ikumi (Team 8). Centers are Mayu Watanabe and Sakura Miyawaki. Old top members make apperances in PV (Aachan, Tomochin, Marikosama and Yuko). I like this song. This reminds me old AKB's  song style.
